How do I change or cancel an order before delivery?
Making changes to an order.
If you are just changing sizes, then you can use the link that our system sends you once you've placed an order. This link can be used up to 60 days prior to the wedding.
If you want to change your order with less than 60 days to go to the wedding, or you want to change something other than sizes, then you must email us with your instructions to weddings@formallyyours.co.uk.
How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations must be made by telephone, where a cancellation reference will be given to you. This reference must then be quoted should there be any query regarding our refund policy.
Any cancellations made at least 4 weeks before the wedding qualify for a full refund.
Between 14 and 27 days to go qualifies for a 50% refund,
Less than 14 days to go does not qualify for a refund at all.
Changes to orders cannot be made over the telephone.
