How much does delivery & collection cost?
For all orders placed each delivery address used costs £5, and each collection address used costs £5. Hence carriage charges are per address, not per outfit.
Do you offer a range of delivery options?
Yes. Our standard free delivery is based on a guaranteed next day service, delivered on a Friday during business hours, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
If you wish, you can opt for a Friday morning delivery for an additional £10.00 per address, or a Saturday morning delivery for an additional £15.00 per address.
Our collection service is always between 9.00am and 5.30pm.
Can I collect and return my order?
Yes, you are welcome to do so. You will be given this option when you are asked to enter your delivery and collection address(es).
A day or two in advance of collection, you will need to call us on 0116 275 6746 to arrange a suitable time to collect your outfits. For security purposes, your online payment will be refunded, as you will be required to pay by chip and pin in our shop at the time of collection.
Please arrange to return the outfits to us by 5.00pm, the second day after your wedding.
